Home Maintenance
As a general rule, homeowners are responsible for most maintenance issues. However, in emergencies, Sqwá FN may be able to assist the homeowner, facilitating relationships between Members and specialist services, such as plumbing, electrical, and gas-fitting.

Renters are responsible for minor maintenance issues as outlined in the Housing Policy Handbook. Sqwá FN will handle all other maintenance and repair issues, including replacing capital items as they wear out.

If you have a maintenance or repair issue, please contact the Housing Department, or Rhonda Brown, Manager of Housing, Infrastructure, and Community Buildings, and we will assist in any way we're able.
